These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eSignIQ services, including our website and electronic signature platform at 127.0.0.1:34567 (the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Bytenetix, operating as eSignIQ.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

You may use eSignIQ only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

eSignIQ provides tools to prepare, send, sign, and manage electronic documents. The legal enforceability of electronic signatures depends on applicable law and your specific use case.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of electronic signatures and records meets legal and compliance requirements that apply to you.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the Service ("Content").

You grant eSignIQ a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Content only as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for Content legality, permissions, and required consents.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including disclosures about Sign in with Google, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and other integrations.

Please review our Privacy Policy (including the “Third-Party Integrations” section) before connecting third-party accounts.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy at /refund-policy.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we work to maintain a reliable and secure platform.

The Service may include links to third-party websites and optional integrations with third-party platforms. Your use of any third-party service, including Google (Sign in with Google and, if you connect it, Google Drive), Dropbox, Box, and where available Microsoft OneDrive, is subject to that third party’s terms, privacy policy, and account controls, in addition to these Terms.

Sign in with Google: If you use Google to create or access your account, you authorize us to receive and verify identity information from Google as described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with Google’s applicable terms for use of your Google account.

Cloud storage imports (Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive): If you connect a cloud provider, you instruct eSignIQ to access that provider only as needed to display content you browse and to retrieve files you explicitly choose to import. You represent that you have the right to import and use that content in eSignIQ. You can disconnect an integration from eSignIQ settings; disconnection stops future access via that link but does not delete Content already imported unless you delete it separately in the Service.

eSignIQ does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security practices, or policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or issues arising solely from third-party services or your use of them.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain obligations survive termination, including payment obligations and legal rights needed to enforce these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, eSignIQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSignIQ and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to eSignIQ for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eSignIQ, its affiliates, officers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts located in Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting an updated date or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
